Technologies We Work On Polymer

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is one of the most widely used manufacturing techniques for low-volume production of nylon material parts. The process fuses the powder raw material using a laser. Materials available for this process are similar to injection molded polyamides with glass-filled types and polystyrene. SLS is a relatively new technology that has so far been used for rapid prototyping. Its most common application is in prototype parts early in the design cycle, such as investment casting patterns, automotive hardware, and end-use parts for aerospace, military, etc.

Stereolithography (SLA)

Stereolithography (SLA) is the earliest developed 3D Printing technique. The process utilizes a laser beam to cure a photopolymer liquid resin layer by layer. Materials for SLA are similar to those available for the Injection Molding process. Properties achieved are similar to ABS, Polypropylene (PP), Transparent Polycarbonate (PC), Food grade, Medical grade, and Flame-retardant grade materials. With large industrial-size SLA machine build platforms, the overall 3D Printing time required for the majority of projects ranges from 1 to 3 days.

Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)

Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) uses an inkjet array to selectively apply fusing and detailing agents across a bed of nylon powder, which are then fused by heating elements into a solid layer. After each layer, powder is distributed on top of the bed and the process repeats until the part is complete.

PolyJet Printing

PolyJet printing is a rapid prototyping process that uses additive manufacturing. The printers have two or more jetting heads (one set for the model and one set for the support material) that spray outlines of the part, layer by layer.

Digital Light Processing (DLP)

Digital Light Processing (DLP) is similar to Stereolithography. It uses a more conventional light source, such as an arc lamp with a liquid crystal display panel, applied to the entire surface of the vat of photopolymer resin in a single scan. This makes DLP faster than SLA.

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is a 3D printing process that creates objects layer by layer using thermoplastic filaments. Starting with a CAD design, the filament is heated, extruded through a nozzle, and deposited in thin strands, cooling and solidifying to form each layer.

Vacuum Casting

Vacuum Casting, also known as Silicon Moulding, RTV, or Rapid Tooling, is ideal for producing high-quality, durable, and accurate parts for competitive market timelines. This process is perfect for R&D testing and short-run production.

CNC Machining

CNC Machining offers precision machining and sheet metal fabrication with advanced capabilities like laser cutting, plasma and waterjet cutting, CNC bending, and power coating. Our expertise spans materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper.

Rubber and Silicon

Lorem Ipsumis simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it

Technologies We Work On Metal

Metal 3D Printing

Metal 3D Printing- The list of materials we use includes Titanium Alloys (Ti6Al4V, Ti6Al4V ELI, CP Ti), Nickel Alloys (IN718, IN625, Hastelloy X), Aluminium Alloy (AlSi10Mg), Stainless Steels (17-4 PH, 15-5 PH, 316L, Corax), Cobalt Chrome Alloys (MP1 and SP2), and Maraging Steel.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Our expertise covers a range of materials, including stainless steel, steel, brass, bronze, copper, and aluminium, with cutting-edge facilities like the Trumpf CNC Laser 2kW cutting machine for exceptional accuracy.

Selective Laser Melting (SLM)

Selective Laser Melting (SLM), also referred to as Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF), is a metal component additive manufacturing technique developed to melt and fuse metallic powder material via a high power-density laser. Materials include Aerospace-grade Titanium Alloys, Nickel-based Alloys, Steel Alloy, or Maraging Steel.

If you’re in the early stages of product development, need to test and refine a concept, or want to validate a design before full production, rapid prototyping is an ideal solution. Our experts can help you assess if this service fits your specific project needs.

To get started, simply reach out to our team with a description of your project. We’ll guide you through the process, from design and material selection to prototype development and testing. You can submit your CAD files, or we can assist you with design development.

Clients will want to know how your service can help them get to market faster. You can discuss how rapid prototyping minimizes delays and allows for quick feedback cycles, reducing time-to-market.

Yes, one of the key benefits of rapid prototyping is flexibility. After testing, if modifications are needed, we can quickly adjust the prototype to address any design issues or changes in functionality.

Absolutely! After prototyping, we offer design feedback and optimization services to refine the model for functionality, performance, and manufacturability. Our goal is to ensure your prototype is ready for the next stage of production.

Vacuum casting can be used to closely simulate final injection molded parts or finished products, it’s good option for Low Volume Manufacturing/Short Production Runs. Generally, it outputs 12-15 pieces before degradation. Generally, it depends on the part complexity and selection of material.

The vacuum equipment can hold 2.0M x 1.2M x 1.0M mold specifications. After that its gravity pouring is also available.

We will keep your injection molding mold for reuse for 3 months. This period can be extended upon your request by 6 months.

Many clients might not have a fully designed CAD file ready. Offering design assistance or reverse engineering services can attract more clients who are still in the early stages of product development.
